We aim to provide the best possible care to our patients in a friendly environment. As well as providing General Medical Services, our two Doctors and highly trained Practice Nurse provide numerous other services such as chronic disease management clinics, childhood and travel vaccinations, wound and ulcer management, cervical smears, and suture removal and ear syringing.
We offer a flexible range of appointment times for both our Doctors and Practice Nurse. Our aim is to enable patients to obtain an appointment within 48 hours. We would ask you to ring as early as possible in the morning to book your appointment. When you arrive at the surgery for your appointment, please make sure you notify the receptionist.
Patients who are receiving long-term treatment may be eligible for our repeat prescription service. We offer a range of methods for you to order your monthly or weekly repeat prescription - by phone, by post or via our online order form. Prescriptions can usually be collected after 48 hours, either from the surgery or the local Pharmacist.
If the Doctor has sent away for a blood or urine test, you can telephone the surgery for your results. Please note that some results can take up to 14 days to be returned to the Practice. Test results are only given to the patient in the interest of confidentiality.
